Please note that all our items are made to order, therefore, please allow about 5 business days before your order ships.

Custom Fees Notice:
Shipments outside of the USA may incur custom fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers will be responsible for these fees.
Please contact us before returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns:
- Wrong Address - If the delivery address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
- Exchange - We do not offer direct exchanges on orders at this time. To ensure you receive your correct size or style, we recommend placing another order through the site immediately and then requesting a return for the order that did not work out. An exchange request will be fully refunded (less shipping charges and duties paid). Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
- Change of Mind - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return for refund minus a 20% restocking fee (due to our small batch made-to-order production). Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
IMPORTANT: No return on bags and hats, unless defective.
